Environment Exhibition – Ely Cathedral

28th November to 10th December 2009 at the Cathedral.

The objective of the exhibition is to increase public awareness of environmental threats to the planet and the practical issue which this raises. The aim is not just to provide information about the causes and dimensions of the risk but to answer the practical question, “What can I do?”

Includes:

• Schools’ competition – display and judging
• Petition our local MP
• Exhibitions from local environmental groups

Here are a few of the issues in which ESRF is currently involved:

• Promoting fairtrade
• Christian Aid week
• Promotion of human rights in China
• Stop the Traffik campaign
